Here is a flashback of all the best showcase stories from 2018 !

Thanks to TECKWOK for reviewing the Reallusion Cloud Animator service.
Reviewer Lazslo Nákovics introduces Cloud Animator in a very comprehensive way, while sharing some of his comments:
“Cloud Animator is a very exciting solution for home users, private entrepreneurs and even for home SMEs, as it allows you to create interactive animations in an easily digestible way. “ – Laszlo Nákovics
“Cloud Animator is very convenient, easy-to-use and a versatile online animation tool. And since it’s free for work, it’s definitely worth trying!” – Laszlo Nákovics
Reviewer Mike Sherwood is a specialist in human modelling and animation, 3D artist. Here are some of his comments on Reallusion’s iPhone LIVE FACE Mocap solution –
“I’ve used many different facial mocap systems over the years, marker-based and markerless, and while none are perfect, the iPhone X/LIVE FACE approach is remarkably stable and easy to use straight away.”
“The tracking is quite robust and even covers cheek expansion – something I haven’t seen with other markerless systems.”
Brian Haberlin the co-founder of Anomaly Productions, shares his experience on AR Post.com, on how their team incorporated Reallusion’s iClone 7 and Character Creator 3 into their AR pipeline for their new “first-person”, augmented reality book – Creative Creature Catcher.
Creative Creature Catcher is a beautifully painted, enamoring book where Captain Malcolm Taylor reads to your children, while creatures pop out of the pages, interact with them, play games, and learn all about the creatures through a mobile app that adds a whole new level of engagement, problem solving, and activity for your child.
Independent film director/animator Solomon W. Jagwe reviewed Reallusion’s new Motion LIVE mocap platform, and how it helped him achieve multiple animation goals within a short time, all within the confines of a limited budget!
Solomon used a Perception Neuron 2.0 motion capture suit together with an iPhone Xas motion capture hardware by simultaneously connecting them with iClone. This gave Solomon the freedom to act out the different parts of his characters, while creating banks of animations that he can could later reuse for his new, animated children’s TV series – The Adventures of Nkoza & Nankya.
SIGGRAPH 2018 was held in Vancouver on August 12-16, and Reallusion is pleased to be featured by Cartoon Brew as one of the 12 Cool New Pieces of Animation Tech at SIGGRAPH.
Alongside with NVidia’s single GPU for real-time ray tracing, StarVR’s new headset, A.I. in Allegorithmic’s Substance, Sketchfab’s new way of looking at huge 3d datasets and other industry new tech — iPhone X Face Mocap was selected as one of the coolest new techs in the show.
Face tracking solutions using smartphones were part of several technologies shown at SIGGRAPH, but one that seemed particularly accessible was Reallusion’s LIVE FACE for iPhone X. When Cartoon Brew tried out LIVE FACE, a 3D character head moved and performed lip sync simply from our facial movements live in front of an iPhone.
